Rifiuti speciali, il 45,5% sono da costruzione e demolizione

Rapporto Ispra: con 10,5 milioni di tonnellate in più prodotte nel 2019, in linea con la crescita del PIL, la produzione di rifiuti speciali in Italia sfiora la cifra di 154 milioni di tonnellate. Il 45,5% è costituito dai rifiuti provenienti dal settore delle costruzioni e demolizioni (oltre 70 milioni di tonnellate).

Based in Corsico in the Lombardy Region of Italy, MASOTINA S.p.A. operates one of Europe’s largest materials recovery facilities (MRFs) for the separation and recovery of plastic from municipal waste. Renewables are stronger than ever as they power through the pandemic

Renewable sources of electricity such as wind and solar grew at their fastest rate in two decades in 2020 and are set to expand in coming years at a much faster pace than prior to the pandemic, according to a new report by the International Energy Agency. The growth in Europe and the United States will be even brisker than previously forecast, compensating for China’s transitional slowdown after exceptional 2020 growth.

La raccolta dei RAEE in Italia nel 2020

Nel corso del 2020 i Sistemi Collettivi hanno gestito complessivamente 365.897 tonnellate di RAEE sull’intero territorio nazionale, quasi 22.000 tonnellate in più rispetto al 2019, pari al +6,35%. Cresce anche la raccolta media pro capite che si attesa a 6,14 kg per abitante, pari al +7,7%.
