SORTIMAX™ IQ combines Artificial Intelligence, machine vision, hyperspectral cameras and precision pneumatic separation to analyse and sort waste streams in real time.
The system identifies and classifies different materials and packaging, including applications requiring the distinction between food-grade and non-food-grade materials.
Designed to automate quality control traditionally performed by operators in sorting cabins, SORTIMAX™ IQ continuously monitors material composition and detects unwanted materials and contaminants, reducing reliance on manual inspection.
The SORTIMAX™ QC (Sampling Line) extends this approach to output quality control, analysing material automatically at single-object level rather than relying only on periodic manual sampling.
