VSE TORNADO: a new line of screening buckets specifically designed for soil cleaning and aeration, even when wet and dump.

Simex expands the horizons of screening with the launch of a new range of screening buckets for excavators, designed for light applications such as landscaping, green area maintenance, gardening, and small urban construction sites where space constraints require minimal equipment size. This new product allows screening, reducing, cleaning, and aerating in a single pass: organic waste and soil, accelerating the composting process, and producing a screened material of the ideal size for restoring green areas and subsequent planting. The minimal waste produced significantly reduces the costs of disposal at specialized centers.

The new 3-shaft configuration with star-shaped discs enhances the vortex of the processed material, improving performance and increasing profitability on the job site.

Designed for mini-and midi-excavators from 1.5 to 10 tons, the TORNADO line is ideal for cleaning the soil from debris, stones, and gravel, as well as for compost aeration. It is also perfect for pipeline padding and for backfilling underground utilities and conduits.

VSE TORNADO buckets feature easy replacement of the entire shaft (Simex Patent) or individual elements, allowing for quick adjustments to different particle sizes. This flexibility ensures minimal downtime, maximum efficiency, and optimal performance for a wide range of applications.

The bucket can be fitted with both polyurethane and steel tools, depending on the type of application.
