Entrate in vigore in Italia le nuove norme sulla plastica monouso, che recepiscono la Direttiva Europea Sup. Le modalità di applicazione definite dal Governo, secondo Assorimap, contraddicono con quanto previsto dall'Unione Europea, snaturando l'impianto della Direttiva. In Italia, infatti, non si prevede alcun tipo di incentivo per il riciclo meccanico della plastica, trascurando così un settore che costituisce il cuore dell'economia circolare.
